Rick Perry Launches New “Ron Paul style” Campaign Ad

Rick Perry’s presidential campaign has taken another cue from Ron Paul, launching an online video commercial called “Proven Leadership” that looks like an advertisement for a major Hollywood motion picture.

These ads are often called movie trailers or previews because they are added to the beginning or ending of movies in the theater.  This new theatrical style is certainly preferable to the chintzy, and often negative, political ads we’re accustomed to see on television.

Ron Paul launched his theatrical campaign ad called “Conviction“ two months ago, and it has received over 380,000 views.
